I haven’t been doing any shopping recently for obvious reasons, but a few weeks ago I took advantage of a sale at LOFT to pick up a few new items for my spring wardrobe. Hopefully I’ll have a chance to wear these out of the house soon…but for now I thought I’d share what I bought with you guys here!

I love the feminine eyelet cutouts in this white cotton top. I’m always looking for casual tees that feel a little more dressed up than a plain v-neck and this one fit the bill. I bought a blue top similar to this one last year from J.Crew and wore it all the time so I knew this would make a great addition to my wardrobe. I paired it with my old blush pink chinos from LOFT that I purchased last year {a newer style of these pants are available here}.

I’m a sucker for blue and white anything but especially a dainty floral print like this one. This blouse has a peplum back however I prefer it tucked in. I normally don’t go for peplum styles since I have a short waist. However, this style is loose and not noticeable when tucked in.

This colorful dress is fun and so comfortable. I love the casual yet feminine style. The straight fit and V neckline is very flattering…and it has pockets! š

I bought this dress to wear as a swimsuit cover-up. The elastic waist makes it easy to take on and off. It also has a cute tie detail in the back. The fabric is a little thin so I think this dress is probably best to save for the pool or beach!
OUTFIT DETAILS // LOFT Striped Midi Skirt {size 0 petite} / White Tee {similar here} / Yellow Espadrilles
Midi skirts are one of my go-to items to wear in the spring and summer because of their versatility. They can easily dress up a basic cotton tank or tee. This blue and white striped skirt is fully lined, has a zipper closure on the side, and ties around the waist. I am wearing it in my normal size 0 petite here but the lining makes it a little tight around the waist, so I’m exchanging it for a 2P.
